Call for Session Proposals: World Social Science Forum 2018

World Social Science Forum 2018 will take place in Fukuoka on 25-28 September 2018. This is the first Forum in the series to be held in Asia. The session proposal is due 1 September 2017.

The World Social Science Forum (WSSF) 2018 will be organized around the theme of Security and Equality for Sustainable Futures. The WSSF 2018 will convene researchers, funders, policymakers and other stakeholders from around the world, to explore how security issues relate to equality and sustainability, and to identify critical research priorities on security, and data and knowledge gaps, globally and in specific regions.

The World Social Science Forum is a flagship activity of the International Social Science Council (ISSC), one of the member organizations of the Future Earth Governing Council.
